We want you to love what you wear! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help.
Change of Mind
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
👄 In its original condition; unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached.
👄 Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
👄 Please note that during peak sale periods, return processing times may extend up to 10 business days from the date of receipt.
👄 Returns for purchases made via the Foul Hookers online store are accepted by post only. We do not accept in-person returns for online orders.
You will be responsible for return postage costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at admin@justdoonit.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo and order number. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we’ll provide a refund, replacement, or repair where applicable.

At Foul Hookers – Fashun 4 Female Fishos, we want you to feel fly, fierce, and fully hooked on your fashun finds. But if something’s not quite your vibe, we’re here to help you chuck it back with ease.
🎣 Change of Mind? No Stress.
If you’re rethinking your reel-in, you’ve got 14 days from the day your goodies land to start a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
👄 In original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused)
👄 Tags and labels still attached
👄 Packed up safe and sound, just like you got it
We don’t accept returns on:
🛑 Sale & clearance items are final sale – no returns or exchanges, sorry fisho.
📦 Returns from online orders are by post only – no pop-ins or boat drop-offs.
🚚 Return postage is on you – but once we get your gear back and inspect it, you can choose:
👄 A full refund to your original payment method
👄 Or store credit to hook your next fave item
🕐 Heads up: during big sales or busy times, return processing may take up to 10 business days.
🐠 Faulty or Wrong Hook up?
If your order arrived looking like it’s been dragged through the mud or it’s not what you ordered, shoot us an email at admin@justdoonit.com.au within 7 days.
Include:
👄 Your order number
👄 A clear photo of the issue
We’ll sort it out ASAP with a refund, replacement, or repair – whatever suits – in line with Australian Consumer Law.
❌ What Can’t Be Returned
To keep things fresh and safe for all our fishos, we can’t accept returns on:
👄 Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
👄 Sale or clearance items
